Fair and Transparent Refunds at Dentalox Dental Clinic
Any advance payments made for appointments or treatments are non-refundable, unless the clinic cancels the appointment.
For multi-session treatment packages, refunds will not be provided once the first session has started. However, unused sessions may be adjusted towards other treatments.
If a patient cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the advance fee will not be refunded.
In the rare case of appointment cancellation by Dentalox Dental Clinic, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
No refunds will be provided for completed treatments or services, as dental procedures involve time, materials, and expertise.
